Submit a deletion request
Email support@velocity-builders.com from the email address associated with your REbuilder account. Use the subject “REbuilder data deletion request.”
Include only the information needed to locate and verify your account:
- Your name and REbuilder account email.
- Your organization or workspace name.
- Whether you want the Meta connection removed, eligible Meta integration data deleted, your REbuilder account deleted, or all applicable data deleted.
Never send an access token, app secret, password, or full customer list by email. We may ask for additional information through a secure channel to verify your identity and authority.
Meta integration data
REbuilder's Meta advertising connector is not currently available for production use. Meta-related requests are handled through the verified support process above; an automated in-product disconnect and deletion workflow is not yet available. We will not represent that workflow as available until credential invalidation, audience-member removal, audience retirement, and retained-record handling have been implemented and tested end to end.
You can also remove REbuilder's access from your Facebook settings. Revoking access at Meta stops future authorized access, but it does not by itself tell us to delete information already stored by REbuilder; use the email process above for that request.
Verification, completion, and retained records
We will confirm the scope and available handling of your request after verifying your identity and, when the request concerns an organization, your authority to act for it. We will then provide a response describing what was completed, what remains pending, or what additional information is required. A request is not represented as complete until the corresponding action has been verified.
Some records may be retained when required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial reporting, or enforcement of our agreements. Retained records remain restricted to those purposes and are not kept merely to prevent you from leaving REbuilder.
