Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, organization, role, and authentication details.
- Customer and real-estate information you or your organization provide, including contacts, listings, transactions, campaigns, communications, and brand settings.
- Information from permitted public records, MLS sources, integration partners, and other data providers used to maintain or enrich your organization’s records.
- Usage and device information, including pages viewed, actions taken, browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, cookies, and diagnostic logs.
- Communications and support information when you contact us or submit a request through REbuilder.
How we use information
We use information for the purposes below. Customer-provided files and operational records have the additional limits described in “Your records, your rebuild, and REbuilder Intelligence.”
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve REbuilder.
- Authenticate users and administer organization workspaces.
- Organize, match, deduplicate, enrich, and analyze records at your organization’s direction.
- Operate requested websites, CRM workflows, alerts, analytics, integrations, and direct-mail campaigns.
- Communicate about accounts, service changes, security, support, and requested transactions.
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and prevent fraud or misuse.
Your records, your rebuild, and REbuilder Intelligence
You retain ownership of the contacts, transactions, notes, files, and other business records you provide to REbuilder. Uploading them does not transfer ownership to us. You are responsible for confirming that you are authorized to provide and use those records for the requested service.
Files submitted for a database rebuild are kept in access-controlled private storage. We use customer-provided files and operational records only to deliver, secure, support, or troubleshoot the services you request; comply with law; and enforce our agreements. We do not sell or rent those records, make them available to another customer, use them to build or enrich another customer's database, or use them to train cross-customer or general-purpose AI models. Service providers may process them only for the limited purposes described in the “How we share information” section.
You may request an export or deletion of eligible business records, subject to legal retention, security, fraud-prevention, and source-license requirements. We will not withhold your original files or eligible business records to prevent you from leaving REbuilder.
Some information added during a rebuild comes from MLS records, public records, or licensed data providers. Underlying facts do not become REbuilder property merely because we sourced them, but your right to use, export, or redistribute licensed information depends on the source license.
REbuilder owns its software, matching methods, identity resolution, relationship graph, scoring, classifications, recommendations, and other proprietary intelligence and enrichment methods. The enriched rebuild is licensed to you for use in your business under your order or service agreement and any applicable source-license limits. That license does not transfer ownership of REbuilder's technology, intelligence, or methods.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to run REbuilder: with service providers that help us host, authenticate, analyze, communicate, print, mail, support, or secure the product; with integrations your organization enables; with professional advisers; or when the law requires it.
Organization administrators and authorized workspace users may access information associated with their organization. If REbuilder is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction and remain protected by appropriate confidentiality requirements.
Google user data
When you choose Google sign-in, we receive the basic account information Google authorizes—typically your name, email address, profile image, and a unique account identifier—to authenticate you and connect you with the correct REbuilder workspace. We do not use Google user data for advertising and do not transfer it except to provide or secure REbuilder, with your consent, or as required by law.
Meta integrations and advertising
If your organization enables a Meta integration, REbuilder may receive the Meta account identifier for the person authorizing the connection, the Business portfolios, ad accounts, and Facebook Pages that Meta makes available to that person, the permissions granted, and credentials needed to perform the organization's requested advertising services.
We use that information only to let an authorized organization administrator choose the exact advertising assets, prepare and manage requested campaigns, maintain security and audit records, and process verified disconnection, suppression, and deletion requests. If an organization authorizes a customer-list audience, REbuilder may normalize and cryptographically hash that organization's eligible customer email addresses or phone numbers and send those hashed identifiers to Meta solely to create or maintain that organization's Custom Audience. Meta receives those identifiers for that advertising service. We do not use one organization's Meta connection or customer list to advertise for another organization.
The Meta advertising connector is not currently available for production customer-list use. It will remain unavailable until the required authorization, suppression, removal, retention, and deletion controls have been implemented, tested, and approved.
Instructions for removing eligible account and Meta integration data are on our Data Deletion Instructions page.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in, security, preferences, and core product functionality. We may also use limited analytics to understand product performance and improve the product. Browser settings can control cookies, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to run REbuilder, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Privacy rights vary by location. You may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or limits on how certain personal information is used. You may also revoke Google access from your Google account settings and ask your organization administrator to remove your REbuilder access.
To make a privacy request, contact your REbuilder account representative or use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
