REbuilder legal

Privacy Policy

Effective July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how REbuilder, operated by Velocity Builders LLC (collectively, “REbuilder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use our websites, workspaces, data-intelligence tools, CRM, direct-mail services, and related products (the “Services”).

Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, organization, role, and authentication details.
  • Customer and real-estate information you or your organization provide, including contacts, listings, transactions, campaigns, communications, and brand settings.
  • Information from permitted public records, MLS sources, integration partners, and other data providers used to maintain or enrich your organization’s records.
  • Usage and device information, including pages viewed, actions taken, browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, cookies, and diagnostic logs.
  • Communications and support information when you contact us or submit a request through the Services.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Authenticate users and administer organization workspaces.
  • Organize, match, deduplicate, enrich, and analyze records at your organization’s direction.
  • Operate requested websites, CRM workflows, alerts, analytics, integrations, and direct-mail campaigns.
  • Communicate about accounts, service changes, security, support, and requested transactions.
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms, and prevent fraud or misuse.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us host, authenticate, analyze, communicate, print, mail, support, or secure the Services; to integrations enabled by your organization; to professional advisers; or when required by law.

Organization administrators and authorized workspace users may access information associated with their organization. If REbuilder is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Google user data

When you choose Google sign-in, we receive the basic account information Google authorizes—typically your name, email address, profile image, and a unique account identifier—to authenticate you and connect you with the correct REbuilder workspace. We do not use Google user data for advertising and do not transfer it except to provide or secure the Services, with your consent, or as required by law.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in, security, preferences, and core product functionality. We may also use limited analytics to understand product performance and improve the Services. Browser settings can control cookies, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information. You may also revoke Google access from your Google account settings and ask your organization administrator to remove your REbuilder access.

To make a privacy request, contact your REbuilder account representative or use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.

Children, changes, and contact

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Questions can be submitted through our contact form or through your REbuilder account representative.
